“Janome Sewing Machines are guaranteed against defective parts used in its manufacture for a period of TWO years from the original date of purchase. In the event of a genuine fault, the machine will be repaired or replaced free of charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, expendable / consumable parts, adjustments, misuse, use for commercial / educational purposes, accidental damage or any failed attempted repair, by the customer. A charge will be made where the problem falls outside the terms of the warranty. The terms of this warranty do not affect your statutory rights.”
Hansons Fabric & Crafts also offer an unbeaten After Care Service of FREE lifetime support on the use of your Sewing Machine / Overlocker. This means you are entitled to further demonstrations on the use of your Janome Sewing Machine / Overlocker and if you ever have a problem, our staff are happy to check your machine and solve any issues we can in store free of charge (exc. parts after the TWO year guarantee period)
